I was happy to see multiple pools. This allowed for a change of scenery. the beach access was direct and very convenient, offering immediate enjoyment of the sea!

our room had some maintenance issues, including chipped paint and a flickering light. the breakfast buffet was often overcrowded, and finding a free table was a real challenge.

The room was not great. The furniture felt old (I saw peeling paint!). The bathroom had old, black sealant, not appealing. It reminded me of I was in a totally different place than the photos I saw online.

the staff were genuinely friendly and provided prompt, fresh water in my room each morning. the tamarind restaurant became my favorite. The romantic dinner with balinese food on the beach felt very private. i would definitely stay again!

the air conditioning needed some work, as it leaked into the wall and then into the drawers, sometimes causing clothing to get damp.

the breakfast buffet provided a wide selection of foods. the hotel staff arranged birthday flowers and a cake for my husband. i thought the pool area was nice and it had direct access to the beach. a separate lap pool, sauna, and ice bath was available for adults who wanted quiet time.

The hotel's taxi service felt quite expensive. Local drivers seemed to receive only a small percentage of the fare.
